Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain Looks Glorious
Konami has released an official Gamescom 2015 trailer for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, and boy does this trailer do a fantastic job of keeping that hype train chugging along nicely.
Other shots also showed several locations for the game including an Oil Rig and a Jungle. According to the list, both minimum and recommended requirements are nearly the same as the specs for running “Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes“. Meanwhile, graphics requirements for a stunning visual experience, which is a staple of previous “Metal Gear Solid” releases, will require at least a GeForce GTX 650 with 2 GB dedicated RAM or a better equivalent, with DirectX 11 support, and at least a DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card. But for better and smoother graphics, KONAMI recommends NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 (DirectX 11 graphic card required). The minimum settings aren’t as high as some games like “The Witcher 3″, but gamers will still be needing high-performance computer parts to be able to play the upcoming game at its highest settings. This time, the game will have players take on a shadow group, XOF, which is believed to be responsible for the destruction of Mother Base.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will be released for the PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One on September 1st.
