Four children killed in Missouri condo fire

The four children killed were in a fourth floor unit which is the top level.

A massive fire has claimed the lives of four children overnight.

Two adults and four children became trapped inside the Compass Pointed Condominiums when the late-night fire occurred, authorities said. Dorhauer says the two adults were uninjured.

KRCG reports that the fire broke out just after 11:30 p.m. and it took crews almost three house to put out the flames.

He says the state fire marshal is involved in the investigation to determine the cause.

The kids – thought to be between 2’s ages and that was 5 yrs. old – were pronounced deceased in a nearby clinic. Their names have not been released.
