‘Teen Wolf’ recap: Nobody can hear you scream
Styles saw his mother and Lydia remembered a visit with her grandmother at Eichen house. It’s sloppy writing and Arden Cho (bless her soul) is not so great an actress that she can pull off such a convoluted storyline. But as Kira is challenged, she unleashes her wolf demon, the Kitsune from insider her. She then goes across the board and tries to kill her own mother. The kitsugne takes over Kira and she nearly kills her mom until her dad snaps her out of it. Maybe tonight’s episode will finally reveal what is going on with Kira and why she seems to be changing. I’m still not sure how Kira’s story – which is very grounded in mythology and magic – is connected to the sci-fi story of the Dread Doctors.
Another preview video released by MTV showed Kira in a feisty sword battle with her mother in school.
The kitsune did appear and attack Noshiko by cutting her sword in half.
While Stiles can argue that Donovan was a justifiable homicide – can Scott handle both his best friend and his girlfriend being killers?
Based on the synopsis, fans can reportedly expect that Scott and Malia will rescue Liam and Hayden after being captured by the Dread Doctors.
Find out if Kira is responsible for the body in the McCall kitchen or if it is another trick by the Dread Doctors when “Teen Wolf” airs Mondays at 10 p.m. ET on MTV.
Despite their immaculate trap (not really), things start going to hell.
Scott is the last to get his vision – following a leash that turns out to be a possessed Kira who impales him and strangles him. The choreography here is strong, and we are curious just what the show is looking to do with the Kira character moving forward. Do something, Teen Wolf.
