Cinematic Final Fantasy XV “Dawn” Trailer Released
Square Enix released a new trailer for Final Fantasy 15 at Gamescom, teasing the events that occurred 15 years prior to the main game when the Kingdom of Lucis signed a peace treaty with Nilfheim. There’s a dog. Good thing they didn’t call this trailer “Dawg”.
As shown in the footage above, the trailer depicts the strong, loving relationship Noctis has with his father, King Regis, as the two embrace in the center of Lucis’ sprawling capital. Noctis will have to rise to become the new King eventually.
The graphics featured in the new “Dawn” trailer are fantastic as you would expect, but we can’t help but feel let down that we still don’t know when it will be out.
The next Active Time Report video presentation will take place today, August 5, starting at 9 AM PDT / 12 Noon EDT. Meanwhile, Prince Noctis travels to help formally unify states through his marriage to Lady Lunafreya from the province of Tenebrae.
With the long awaited RPG finally receiving a demo release a few months back, it is not hard to imagine that fans are now ready and waiting more information regarding the upcoming release of Final Fantasy XV (Formerly announced as Final Fantasy Versus XIII back in 2006).
Overnight, the dream of peace has faded into a distant memory. This is Square Enix’s opening feature for the Gamescom festivities in Cologne, Germany this week.
