Zayn Malik Calls Off Engagement to Perrie Edwards

Perrie Edwards, 22, was heartbroken over Zayn Malik’s, 22, sudden decision to break their engagement and end his three year relationship with her. Despite her sadness, the Little Mix singer is putting on a courageous face to promote the band’s latest single, and she’s had her bandmates at her side!

News of their split came as a big surprise to fans – but Perrie is said to be coping well in the wake of the public separation.

More recently however, Zayn – who left One Direction in March to pursue a solo career – gushed about his former fiancee in an interview with a French magazine.

There are some celeb break-ups we wouldn’t bat an eyelid at, but the thought of Zayn and Perrie potentially parting ways is unbearable.

“She’s so lovely and she put up with so much”, the source tells Us of the Little Mix songstress, also 22. Now Zayn Malik is backing out of his engagement to fellow singer Perrie Edwards.

Both Malik and Edwards now reside in Los Angeles, but a source close to the duo reveals that neither of them have made an effort to see one another since calling it quits last month.
