Lynn Anderson dies in Nashville
Anderson reportedly suffered a heart attack and was pronounced dead at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
“Lynn is blooming in God’s rose backyard now”, fellow nation star Dolly Parton stated after studying of Anderson’s dying. She sent me roses and a sweet note. Her final album, “Bridges“, was released just last month. “It was perfectly timed”.
She quickly rose to fame with plenty of 1960’s and 1970’s hits including, “If I Kiss You (Will You Go Away) and “That’s a No-No”. She also performed for presidents Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan.
Our thoughts are with her family and friends during this hard time.
