Outlook Arrives On Apple Watch
More and more third-party email apps for iOS are expanding with Apple Watch support, and now Microsoft’s Outlook is joining the party.
The * a href=”https://jobs.apple.com/us/search?#&ss=android&t=0&so=&lo=0*USA&pN=0&openJobId=41632321″ target=”_blank” class=”external external_icon” rel=”nofollow” *job posting states that “We’re looking for engineers to help us bring exciting new mobile products to the Android platform“, which makes it quite clear that Apple won’t be stopping with their Music and Move to iOS applications. Maybe even Apple Watch support so folks can buy the thing without having to grab an iPhone alongside with it?
Through Outlook on Apple Watch users can look at their email, go through notifications of incoming emails and also send limited replies.

Hence, to increase its hold in the market, Apple has come up with the Android Apple Music app that’s scheduled to arrive sometime this fall. You could see your emails, but you couldn’t do anything with them.
You can also manage your inbox from Outlook on Apple Watch, including deleting, flagging, archiving, marking read/unread, and scheduling items for later, which are accessible from within a message or Force Touch. Outlook, however, lets you pick from quick replies, use emoji or dictate your response, similar to Apple’s Messages app. But the Watch also needs more apps that can work independently without needing to communicate with a paired smartphone.
“This new version will have great new capabilities and bring native apps right to your wrist”, Cook said in June. Additionally, notifications pop up to show you edits made to shared documents.
