This time it was Sam, a man who hosts a video blog with his wife Nia, who wanted the pleasure of doing the surprising. Long earlier than his spouse did, too.

Sam used this opportunity to collect a specimen and take the pregnancy test for his wife.

Women usually get to break the news that they are pregnant to their partners, but in this pregnancy announcements video a dad turns the tables on his wife by telling her that they have a baby on the way.

Armed with a positive result, Sam proceeds to the kitchen where Nia is breakfasting with the couple’s two toddlers and ambushes her with the news.

At first, Nia laughs it off. But she slowly realizes that Sam was not, as he puts it, “taking a dump”. He makes jokes referring to her past pregnancy cravings, to which Nia looks at the camera and assures their viewers he is joking.

To be extra sure, Nia takes a second test at the end of the video and finds out she is for sure pregnant. “We have a great time living for God and we vlog it all”. Her reaction is priceless, as the news starts to sink in, and the couple explains to their children that mommy has a baby in her belly.
