Mel B hints at Spice Girls Reunion
At a secret meeting in London last month, Spice Girls got together and made a decision to reunite for the World Tour.
‘Victoria wishes the girls the best of luck. But still, remaining members are reuniting, according to a credible source.
In the holy grail of ’90s reunions, Spice Girls have confirmed to The Sun that they will reform next year for a mammoth world tour to celebrate two decades since the release of Wannabe – but there’s a catch.
Fellow Spice Girl Emma Bunton told the U.K.’s Daily Star in March that the group loves performing together, so all a reunion comes down to is “getting five schedules together”. Their original name was Touch. It was Geri who called it quits back in 1998.
However Victoria, known as Posh Spice, won’t be with them as she is reportedly “too busy” running her fashion line and taking care of her family.
During an appearance on the Today show on August 4, Mel B confirmed that a Spice Girls reunion is in the plans.
Mel recently insisted she and her bandmates are still just like their old Spice Girl personas, and she will “always” be Scary Spice.
“When you say it’s our twentieth anniversary coming up, it does make you think, ‘Oh, my gosh, it really has been that long.” she said.
“I’ve got so many great memories, ‘ Mel said”.
Quoting a report in Gossip Cop, the website reports that Brown was promoting “America’s Got Talent” Season 10, wherein she will be a judge, and Fallon had to simply ask the singer about the prospects of the reunion.
Speaking on Heart London radio she said: “If anything happens and it’s concrete, and we decide on something, I will let you know, but nothing’s happening at the moment”.
