Queen Elizabeth II in lovely Pink appears pleased after Princess’ Birth

Well, after watching Prince William in blue attire, did you even think even his grandmother would choose the very same color?

Well, on Saturday, May 2, Queen Elizabeth II, came in to greet her newborn great-granddaughter and she looked as always refined and soothing bright in her head-to-toe pink as she attended an official engagement just few hours later Prince William  and Kate Middleton welcomed their new baby girl into the family.

Queen Elizabeth II, 89, was in Yorkshire, England, appeared calm and pleased as she was watching the amalgamation parade of The Queen’s Royal Lancers. She was standing there beautifully adorning a hot pink coat along with it she had a matching hat and she had tamed it with a pink and white printed scarf, a brooch and printed pink scarf.

The British monarch was in fact, amongst the first few to get the news about her grandson’s wife, Kate Middleton, who is the Duchess of Cambridge, was going through labor. The spokesperson from Kensington Palace also stated that all the members of the royal family were sooner informed about it. The Duchess of Cambridge, 33, was admitted to Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Kate Middleton gave birth to a baby girl, within three hours after she was admitted to the hospital and this is her second child with Prince William.

A tweet from Kensington Palace was also posted, stating that “Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cambridge was safely delivered of a daughter at 8:34 a.m.”

Well, not only was the grandmother of Prince William thinking of pink that day, but several parts of England which also  includes the renowned London’s Tower Bridge together with several landmarks in the UK were lit up in pink, all through the evening!
