Stephen Amell of ‘Arrow’ to confront Stardust on RAW next week

Stephen Amell and Stardust first came face to face during the Memorial Day edition of Monday Night RAW, the WWE’s weekly live event.

Amell, seemingly getting sick of it all, told Stardust that even though he’s not a wrestler, he would be coming to the ring to “punch you right in the mouth”. The cause of all the feud has yet to be determined, though many won’t be exactly surprised if this is part of a WWE storyline for a Stardust.

Stardust has since openly mocked Amell during his matches, even stealing the Arrow’s catchphrase on Smackdown last week when he taunted an opponent by saying: “You have failed this city”.

The actor told Stardust, again via Twitter, that he can insult him all he want, but talking foul of The Green Arrow is another thing entirely.

This is in reply to Stardust’s earlier tweet wherein the wrestler lets the world know what he wanted to do to Amell. It wouldn’t be the first time Amell had made a public appearance in costume, either, having appeared at Comic-Con global: San Diego’s DC TV panel as Arrow.

During Raw on Monday, Amell announced that he would be on Raw next week when he sent out this tweet.

However, what is sure is that one way or the another, it will lead to a confrontation that might turn into a match, and would be something interesting to see both by fans of WWE and viewers of the Arrow.
