Cooper Hefner: Playboy heir is engaged!

According to Us Weekly, traditional Cooper flew with then-girlfriend to her native London so he could ask for her father’s permission before popping the question on Tuesday.

Cooper Hefner, son of Playboy magnate Hugh Hefner, has become engaged to Harry Potter star, Scarlett Byrne. The 24-year-old has been in a relationship with Cooper for nearly two years.

She confirmed the news by posting a photograph of her, her other half and a whopper of a ring on Instagram.

Bryne, 24, is best known for her roles as Pansy Parkinson in the Harry Potter series and Lexi in Falling Skies.

The couple celebrated their engagement by having afternoon tea at The Ritz with their grandmothers, as well as enjoying some sightseeing at Buckingham Palace on Thursday.

Cooper, whose mother is Hugh’s second wife and Playboy model Kimberley Conrad, 53, has also said growing up in the Playboy Mansion is a lot more mundane than most people imagine.

Byrne is also appearing in the TV movie “Sorority Murder” and in the action thriller film “Skybound”, opposite Gavin Stenhouse and Rick Cosnett.

Hugh himself took to social media to congratulate his son and new daughter-in-law, tweeting: “Sending love and congratulations to my son Cooper and his fiancee Scarlett on their engagement!”

And Cooper tweeted that famous ring photo too.
