Two wins from two for Guthrie and England Netball
The Fiji Pearls have failed to reach the qualifying rounds of the Netball World Cup in Sydney after they lost to Uganda 61-40 in their second pool match this afternoon.

Wakes finished ninth at the 2011 World Cup in Singapore and were ranked eighth at last year’s Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. The Pool B top two will face off with Pool A top two, Australia and New Zealand – who are tied on 4 points, and will vie for supremacy ahead of the England-Samoa fixture.
Goal-defence Francis will be looking to help England make their traditionally good start to the tournament, while wing-defence Brownie is vice-captain of a Scotland team making their first World Cup appearance since 2007.
Zambia is placed in group C alongside Fiji, Wales and Uganda.
