Jayalalithaa not to attend Abdul Kalam’s funeral in Rameswaram
“The Chinese side expressed deep condolences on the death of Dr. Kalam, to the Indian government and people as well as conveyed honest condolences to his family”, it said in a written response to a question from PTI.
Dr. Kalam who is well-known as people’s president, Missile man was died on 27 July, 2015 while taking a lecture at the Indian Institute of Management Shillong.
“Considered a great and honest friend to Seychelles, he will be sorely missed. We have a lot to learn from his life”.
Even after his presidential term, Dr Kalam received hundreds of emails from young people seeking his advice.
