Rebuilding Of O-line Takes Interesting Turn For Redskins

A brawl broke out about an hour into practice in Virginia Saturday afternoon, which was apparently a holdover from the previous day’s practice when a Redskins running back ran over a Texans defensive player.

Several fights, actually, and one was a doozy. “He brings it on every play, even if it’s practice”.

A minute afterward the opposite area, rookie Texans operating again lowered his shoulder and ran over a Redskins participant.

“It got heated”, Texans outside linebacker John Simon said. “I trust the plan that we do have and I think it’s going to be very beneficial and just from the results we’re already seeing so far, it’s been great”.

If things work out for them they could end up on a practice squad, which pays a lot better than the average job. He said it doesn’t matter to him whether he plays guard or tackle, and that he will do whatever is best for the team. “We acquired into an argument, I took my helmet off and he hooked me with a proper hook and we obtained to preventing”. Obviously we can’t do that in a game because everyone would get fined and suspended, but we did what we were supposed to do as a team.
