Sony Xperia Z5 and Z5 Compact show off possible fingerprint sensor
Sony‘s Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Compact smartphones, which are expected to be officially unveiled at the upcoming IFA 2015 to be held in Berlin, are once again the subject of rumor mills as an image showing the two devices on top of each other has been leaked.
Many onlookers have been wondering if Sony’s upcoming handsets would feature a USB Type-C port. If these images are credible, it doesn’t look like that will be the case. It is interesting to note that images of both Sony devices show fingerprint scanner tutorial in addition to confirming the presence of fingerprint sensor on the right side of the phone’s edge, the same spot that is used by Sony to place the trademark OmniBalance power button in all of its devices.
Sony has not confirmed the Xperia Z5 or Z5 Compact specifications or features thus far. “On the bright side, that means we probably won’t have to sacrifice QuickCharge capability”, the same report said. The device will also include a new Snapdragon 820processor from Qualcomm, the inquirer says. On the camera front, it will sport a 21-megapixel sensor, which will be accompanied by a 8-megapixel selfie camera.
As feared, there is no visible flap on the ports of the Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Compact.
The Z5 will reportedly have a price tag of $1,000 according tp Xperia5Sony while the Compact is believed to be cheaper at around $700.
“Of course, thanks to Modi’s strong initiatives, somehow we have to cope with the country’s direction and strategy”.

New information now suggests that the update might be closer than we think as an insider tipped that the Android 5.1 Lollipop is at its last stage of testing.
