Sandra Lee Discharged From Hospital

12 (UPI) – is reportedly doing nicely after a two-hour surgical procedure aimed to rid her physique of an infection after double mastectomy problems. She’s endured so much over the past few months, but after another successful surgery, Lee made a triumphant walk out of Roosevelt Hospital with longtime boyfriend Governor Andrew Cuomo by her side.

One day after Sandra Lee underwent a second breast cancer surgery, the star’s team has provided fans with an update on her condition. After leaving the hospital, she was having plans to go back to the home in Westchester County, where she is living with Mr. Cuomo, however she will keep on receiving large doses of antibiotics. “When I am done I WILL be lending you my backhand”.

When she was hospitalized, it came as a sudden setback in her fight for recovering her health following learning that she had breast cancer. Prior to her surgery, she posted the following message to her Facebook page, writing “Although this is not a game – and not to diminish or disrespect this process – I think about it like a tennis match, as tennis is my favorite sport”.

Earlier this week, Lee posted a photograph on Facebook of her and Cuomo together, along with a note stating that they both decided that surgery is the best option to address the infection, calling her current predicament as an “incredible monster”.

“But at this point I understand that right now I just need to complete this unexpected phase of a tough journey”.

While Cuomo declined to provide a comment on regarding Lee’s medical status on Wednesday, he said that he is confident that she will be fine during an earlier interview.
