Notre Dame going (all) green for Fenway Park game

Heading into fall camp, it looked like Notre Dame was still looking for a way to get under the 85-man limit.
According to ESPN, the Notre Dame football program released images of the uniforms on Thursday.
The green jersey with the blue hints is a really nice touch actually and there are references in the design to Notre Dame’s past, such as the 11 national championships.
I don’t exactly like these, but considering some of the Shamrock Series uniforms the Irish have worn in recent years, I suppose these could have been a lot worse.
Under Armour tweeted out a picture of the new look.
On the other sideline, Boston College will wear throwback uniforms to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Doug Flutie’s famous Hail Mary pass from the 1985 Cotton Bowl.
The Shamrock Series game will take place on November 21st at Fenway Park in Boston with kickoff scheduled for 7:30.
