Chelsea finally set to snap up £6.7m Brazilian attacker
Chelsea are reportedly set to clinch the signing of Brazilian winger Kenedy after obtaining a work permit for the player.
However, the Mail reports not that Brazil Under 20 worldwide will complete his switch to Chelsea for a agreed fee of £6.7 million, after he impressed during the club’s pre-season tour – particularly against Barcelona.
The Brazilian appeared at the South American Under-20 Championships earlier this year, with his performances alerting a host of Europe’s elite clubs to his ability.

Kenedy is poised to become Mourinho’s fifth signing of the summer following the arrivals of compatriot Nathan, Radamel Falcao, Asmir Begovic and Danilo Pantic at Stamford Bridge during the current transfer window.
It is not clear how the club managed to sort out the necessary requirements to get Kenedy a work permit, as the Mail claim that normally they are only given to those who have represented their national side at senior level.
