Naked man strikes several Waukesha police cars before crash

Police in Waukesha, Wisconsin, say a nude man rammed his pickup into two squad cars during a wild chase near Carroll University.

The chain of events started when the man plowed his Ford Ranger pickup through a fence at high speed and rammed into two squad cars in a parking lot, according local cops.

Investigators say the suspect gained some distance from the officers, but eventually lost control when he attempted to turn into a vacant parking lot off of Progress Ave. As officers approached, the driver got out and walked away from the truck. When the driver climbed out of his wrecked vehicle, he shocked the officers who were trailing him.

The vehicle was totaled in the rollover, reported the Milwaukee-Wisconsin Journal Sentinel.

The chase ended after the driver lost control and crashed the truck. Police later released video showing the end of the pursuit and the man’s arrest.

Police said in a statement Wednesday that they believe the suspect was on LSD during the incident Tuesday night and that he had just been involved in a domestic dispute.

“The squads pull up now, he’s out and walking and unbeknownst to them up to this point we realize we have a guy that’s walking is completely naked”, said Capt. Ron Oremus.

The police officers were not injured.
