Robert Pattinson & Dane DeHaan’s ‘Life’ Trailer
After “The Twilight Saga”, British actor Robert Pattinson has been keeping busy mostly with indies, because they allow him the freedom to choose which projects most appeal to him. Stock recognises in the young actor, who has just completed filming East of Eden, an extraordinary talent and hopes to further his own career via a series of portraits for “Life” magazine.
James Dean smokes a cigarette and signs autographs for a pack of enthralled female fans while he sits in a trashcan.
Pattinson might seem like an ideal candidate to play Dean, a role that’s been tackled by James Franco. DeHaan is probably best known for playing Harry Osborn in The wonderful Spider-Man 2, andhaving starred alongside Daniel Radcliffe in 2013’s Kill Your Darlings.
Life will be director Anton Corbijn’s follow-up to last year’s critically acclaimed thriller A Most Wanted Man.
A pivotal scene in the trailer involves Stock’s work getting rejected by his boss because his photographs of Dean highlight debauchery. The movie had its world premiere in February at the Berlin Film Festival.

Co-starring Ben Kingsley, the script was written by Luke Davies (“Candy“, “Lion“) and is due out this fall by Cinetic Media in the U.S. and opens in France on September 9th. Check out the trailer below.
