Telltale Games confirms release date for Tales from the Borderlands Episode 4

This will be the penultimate episode in what is quickly becoming one of Telltale’s finest series.

Next week is a kind a special end of summer lull before what will be a packed release schedule.

The fourth episode of Tales from the Borderlands, Escape Plan Bravo, will be available next week, Telltale Games have announced.

Tales from the Borderlands began in November last year, and though it’s been well received, it’s been marked by relatively long wait times between episodes.

“Tales from the Borderlands” is a five part episodic game series set on the unforgiving world of Pandora after the events seen in Borderlands 2, this is a story full of Borderlands‘ trademark humor, following two adventurers on their quest for greatness.

Episode 4 will be available starting August 18 on PC, Mac, PS3 and PS4 in North America and Europe.

Escape Plan Bravo will continue where episode 3 left off, after Rhys and Fiona were captured by Vallory and her goons.

Gamers will have to solve some challenges to get from Pandora to the Hyperion moon base, dealing with a number of new characters in the process.

“Sacrifices will be made – can you make the tough choices needed to succeed?” the announcement blurb asks. The new episode, titled Escape Plan Bravo, will be heading to all platforms including Android next week. Production has picked up, however, and the fifth and episode should come before Halloween.
