Bugatti Veyron Successor Teased In New Video
Bugatti has already announced that they will be closing the chapter on Bugatti but will be opening a new chapter, although, we still do not know what the new chapter will be all about.
The #imaginEBugatti hashtag doesn’t say much, but it’s worth digging into its meaning. Like the Veyron, it will take the form of a two-door coupe rather than a four-door sedan, as previously rumored. For us, EB stands for Ettore Bugatti, the man that founded Bugatti at the beginning of the 20th century. This makes Chiron the world’s fastest street-legal vehicle!
The Bugatti Chiron then. The beastly acceleration is a rumoured 2 seconds dead, and it’s the product of electric-driven get-up-and-go. Referred to by the media as the ‘Bugatti Chiron, ‘ TopSpeed has speculatively rendered the hypercar that will outdo every aspect of its predecessor’s performance. Torque is projected at 1,106 lb-ft (1,500 Nm) while top speed is a mind-boggling 288 miles per hour (463.49 km/h). The design of the auto is expected to be an evolution of the Veyron, incorporating aerodynamic elements all over. For the past few months, Bugatti has been caught on camera by numerous enthusiasts worldwide testing the Chiron, and perhaps it’ll steal the show with a debut at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, taking place this weekend. Watch the video teaser right to the end to hear the Chiron’s exhaust note.
