Magic Mike XXL Cast Could Appear in Musical

If we didn’t know any better we just might think Channing Tatum did some research in a few Atlanta male strip clubs before reprising his role in Magic Mike XXL. Rome employs male strippers to work in various rooms of a swanky mansion for the entertainment of the cheering crowds of women she refers to as her “queens”. Certainly, Jacobs’s film supplies lots in the way of pounding hip hop music, silly costumes, sly asides, and some ironic moments, but when you get right down to the bump and grind of it, all that simulated sex is about as erotic as regrouting the bathroom.

Adam, best recognised for playing Eric Delko in crime drama CSI: Miami, added: “Wearing a thong was the most uncomfortable thing for sure, especially when you’re in a thong with nothing else on but shoes and socks”.

Jada, who is married to Will Smith, flaunted her figure in a black corset dress by Balmain and Giuseppe Zanotti heels while Amber, whose husband is Johnny Depp, stood out in a red ruffled gown.

“It’s a road trip to this convention and that’s partly why I wanted to make the movie because I love that tradition of the road-trip movie”. “We put everything into our performances because so much of what this movie is about is the culmination of this one last ride these guys want to share”. Among others, she employs Malik, played by Stephen “Twitch” Boss, who some of you will know from So You Think You Can Dance.

And there he is, before I’ve even seen him, laughing and cutting up. (Not uncommonly, they’re seen writhing silently in the background while powerful men have serious talks about seedy matters at sketchy establishments.) This is stripping without the slick layer of grime that movies and television often assume must be attached to it. It is male strippers as a sort of spa treatment.

Though his business is just starting to take off, Mike decides what he really needs in his life is to rejoin the Kings of Tampa, his old troupe, and go to a strippers convention in Florida with them for one last hurrah.

“They were all getting greased up and my knees buckled”. It’s a suggestion that they are willing to pay for exactly what Andre says they don’t get in their day-to-day: deference to what they really want. And reality is [that women] are so much stronger than we could ever be.

There’s no doubt that this beauty is a confident woman, and Smith recently spoke out about how women can become empowered and step out of the box (although we do not think she’s talking about baring your breasts…). The movie, meanwhile, is so infectiously, brazenly pleased about literally everything that happens in it that it’s hard not to leave in the same frame of mind.
