‘Alice Through The Looking Glass’ Posters: The Mad Hatter Returns
Two teaser posters have been released for upcoming Disney sequel Alice Through the Looking Glass. Earlier this morning, August 14, Walt Disney Studio’s official Twitter account announced the news, following by Variety a few hours later.
May 27 is the date when Alice fans get to judge for themselves. The sequel to 2010’s “Alice in Wonderland” brings back Mia Wasikowska as the title character of Alice Kingsleigh, Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter (Hatter Tarrant Hightopp), Anne Hathaway as the White Queen (Mirana) and Helena Bonham Carter as the Red Queen (Iracebeth).
Also returning are several voice actors, including Stephen Fry (Cheshire Cat), Toby Jones (Wilkins), Alan Rickman (Blue Caterpillar), Michael Sheen (White Rabbit), Timothy Spall (Bayard), Paul Whitehouse (March Hare) and Barbara Windsor (Dormouse).

So when you gaze upon the first posters for Alice: Through the Looking Glass and wonder “Why is this movie a thing?”, remember that the answer is a Scrooge McDuck-sized vault of cash. Very little is known about the story thus far, except that Alice is on a quest to help the Mad Hatter. The 62-year-old made a surprise appearance the D23 Expo 2015, alongside Johnny Depp himself.
