New Google Nexus appears online
As rumoured there is a fingerprint sensor on the rear as well as a camera that protrudes from the body of the handset.
Google is yet to announce when its 2015 Nexus hardware will be unveiled. What we have so far heard about the gadget is that it is a 5.7 inch phone and may contain feature like Android M, fingerprint sensor, Chrome custom tab and Android Pay.
On the left side of the LG Nexus 5 2015’s camera is a dual LED-flash and a laser auto focus feature, GSM Arena reported. The renderings showed off a smartphone that looks nothing like the Nexus 5 along with a huge circular space on the back which was speculated to be where the fingerprint sensor would be placed at. As of writing this, there is no official confirmation from Google on the new renders and leaked specifications of both the smartphones. Since it is a phablet device, various publications like The Verge are calling it as the Huawei Nexus 6 2015 that will come to succeed the Google Nexus 6 from 2015.
We have heard previously that Google would release two new Nexus smartphone this year, one made by LG and one made by Huawei, so this could be the new LG device. The Nexus 6 is reportedly going to be made by Huawei and will have things like a Snapdragon 820 processor and a 5.7-inch QD display. Hence, it is expected to carry an expensive price tag like the Motorola Nexus 6. The Random Access memory of the Nexus 5 2015 is said to be 4GB with an internal storage of 54Gb. This year also the search engine is expected to adhere to same release strategy for the upcoming Nexus 2015 smartphones.
