Couple wake up to find naked Irishman in bed with them

A couple in Sydney woke in the middle of the night to find a naked 25-year-old Irishman asleep in bed beside them.

Kate only woke when she felt the sleeping intruder’s “body heat” beside her about 1.45am.

An Irish man has been arrested after being found naked in a couple’s bed in Australia.

As the couple waited for police to arrive, the man climbed back into the house through a kitchen window and wandered around the home.

The man was subsequently arrested by New South Wales police.

The woman contacted police while her partner shut the intruder in the rear yard.

After being woken up and confronted by Chris, the man picked up his clothes and walked towards the back door of the property.

“It was terrifying. I was really glad Chris was home and he really took charge of the situation”. “When the ambulance stretcher came down they then got him out of the van starkers as, charming, and that was it… we just saw him get taken away”, neighbour Sally Ferguson said.

The man started to convulse when he was placed in the rear of the police vehicle.

Police will interview the man when he is released from hospital.
