Simon Cowell nearly rehired Louis Walsh!
According to judges Rita Ora and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, apparently not.
Because they’re probably not feeling that great after waking up to the news that Simon Cowell “wasn’t sure” if he’d made the right decision in hiring them for the brand new series of The X Factor. We’re positive Grimmy does not mind the image being shared ’cause it’s a fantastic costume – though we are unsure how much he seems just like the singer.
Rita forged a close relationship after taking up their roles as X Factor judges in July, but that hasn’t stopped the 30-year-old radio host from knocking Rita’s IQ, joking: “She is like Joey with a good weave”. What I like about her is that she’s not afraid to admit that.
Before you all despair and assume that this year’s competition is going to be full Wagner and Jedward types (which we secretly love, obvs), thankfully Nick, 30, seems to know the importance of being able to hold a tune.
“Being on a panel with another female is wonderful, especially with Cheryl [Fernandez-Versini] being such a girl, me and her really kicked it off straight away”.
“But it’s part of her personality”, he said. Her geography’s unbelievable. Her naivety’s quite charming.
Nick is now on holiday with a group of friends to celebrate his 31st birthday which was yesterday. There are probably so many cheaper things the show could do with this, but for some reason this is ultimately what they have decided on.
