Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection Adds Speed Running to the Pot
If you haven’t played any of the previous games, be wary of potential story spoilers in the trailer below.
A new post has been published on the official PlayStation Blog that gives us more insight into the game. Its swashbuckling combat, enthralling story, and cinematic action make each game wholly worthwhile, and though the wait for Uncharted 4 may now be slightly longer than we originally expected, Sony and Naughty Dog aren’t leaving fans without sustenance.
Offering enhanced graphics at 1080p and 60 frames per second, including improved textures, lighting and rendering, as well as a soundtrack consisting of remastered, dynamic audio, the epic action-adventure trilogy is looking and sounding better than it ever has before.
New difficulty modes include Explorer, Speed Run, and Brutal. You will be able to see all this not just as you play the game, but also in the photo mode which will be included.
Speed Run Mode: a new mode adding a timer to the game so that players can track their gameplay time against their friends.
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection will be released exclusively for Playstation 4 on October 7th.
Brutal Difficulty Mode is the ultimate challenge as the gameplay will be more punishing than Crushing Difficulty (unlocked after beating Crushing Difficulty in the same game).
