Galaxy O, the new range of Samsung Smart Phones
The report mentions that Samsung is working two new smartphones with model number SM-G550 and SM-G600, which are expected to launch as Galaxy O5 and Galaxy O7, respectively. There are a multitude of handsets available in the Note range and Galaxy S series as well as the Galaxy A, Galaxy E and Galaxy J lineups.
According to the source, Samsung is now working on developing SM-G550 and SM-G600 smartphones which will be released under the “Galaxy O” branding. The G550 is going to be named the Galaxy O5, while the G600 is getting the title of Galaxy O7. These devices would be released under the Galaxy O series.
Samsung is now the number one smartphone manufacturer in the world. For instance, the flagships use the moniker Galaxy S series, while the Galaxy J series is considered to be the entry-level devices, GSM Arena reported. The Galaxy A series falls in the mid-range which mainly consists of metallic handsets with moderate processing power.
Now here’s an interesting snippet of news on a rather tiresome Monday and it concerns new Samsung smartphones.
As for the mysterious Galaxy O devices, it is not yet clear how this line will be marketed by Samsung.
Also based on Samsung’s naming scheme, there is a good chance the Galaxy O7 will feature higher-end specs, but that’s just speculation on our part.
Although information on these new Samsung Galaxy O phones is scarce at the moment, we will of course bring more details as we hear them.
