Jose Altuve scored the go-ahead run to cap a seventh-inning rally, and the Houston Astros beat the Kansas City Royals 6-5, Wednesday night at Minute Maid Park to complete a three-game sweep.

Melky Cabrera homered in the sixth to give the White Sox the lead while starter Jose Quintana (4-7) gave up one run in six innings with eight strikeouts. 264 with 13 homers, 29 RBIs and 14 steals in 75 games for the Astros this season.

Outfielder George Springer was hit on his right wrist by a pitch during the 6-5 win, and left the game.
The Astros have three more wins, but also three more losses, than the reigning AL champs, who are ahead on winning percentage. He got a no-decision after lasting five innings and allowing five runs on eight hits.

Marwin Gonzalez singled with two outs in the third inning before Springer’s soaring shot, which bounced off the foul pole in left field to make it 2-0 and snapped Springer out of an 0 for 8 slump.
Springer, who sustained the injury on a hit by pitch on Wednesday night, was hitting. Young got a win against Oakland in his last start by allowing four hits and two runs in six innings.
Houston Astros outfielder George Springer has always been on the 15-day impaired record with a cracked right wrists.
Astros: OF Colby Rasmus was out for the fourth straight game because of a skin infection on his left arm caused by a bug bite.
Garcia was injured rounding third base scoring a run in the eighth inning of his last start on June 24 in Miami. Astros RHP Dan Straily will make his season debut Friday in Boston.
