Tuskegee airman, 93, carjacked and robbed in the same night
Authorities are now searching for the victim’s vehicle, a maroon 2012 Honda Accord Sedan with Missouri license plate AA2 K8R.
A 93-year-old WWII veteran was robbed and carjacked in two separate incidents after getting lost in St. Louis on the way to his daughter’s house. These downtrodden young black men are merely playing out the roles you’ve consigned to them, white America. When he got out of the vehicle, they jumped in and took off. All of this took place in broad daylight at around 11:30 a.m. Usually, anything involving the Tuskegee Airmen is given the proper attention.
Police did not identify the victim, saying only that he was a member of the Tuskegee Airmen – a group of Alabama-trained African American fighter pilots celebrated not only for their flying proficiency but for helping break down military color barriers. That’s when the victim got out of his auto and asked two bystanders for help, KMOV reported.
According to WREG, the man had stopped to make a call to his daughter who he was on his way to visit when a robber jumped into his auto, took his money and fled in another vehicle.
The auto is still missing and no arrests were made.
