ROSIE’S CHILD FOUND O’Donnell’s missing teen daughter in police custody
“She was last seen Tuesday, August 11”, a statement on her website read.
According to the New York Daily News, Deanna Micoley told the tabloid she was on drugs and her then-husband persuaded to give up two-month-old Chelsea – then named Kayla – for adoption in 1997. South Nyack police were alerted that she was missing on Sunday, and they had been searching for her since.
“Chelsea and her dog bear – last seen in nyack New York – may be in NYC – please call 845-358-0206 or 911″, she tweeted.
Convicted national security leaker Chelsea Manning was found guilty Tuesday of violating prison rules and will receive three weeks of recreational restrictions at the Kansas military prison where she’s serving her… Earlier reports, including a statement from O’Donnell’s publicist that Barnegat Light police were involved and she was found in Barnegat Light were in error.
But around 6 hours later, O’Donnell returned to Twitter to say that Chelsea had been found and was “safe in police custody”.
Oddly enough, Rosie was also doing some social tweeting on Monday night despite her growing concern for her missing daughter. The dog happens to be a 9 lbs brown and black terrier. Chelsea apparently suffers from a mental illness and had stopped taking medication for it, when she went missing. To make matters worse, the teenager didn’t have her phone at the time of her disappearance. Police spoke with a man inside one of the residences on Village Dr., and he initially did not indicate Chelsea O’Donnell was inside, but police probed him and he eventually admitted she was there.
O’Donnell’s spokeswoman, Cindi Berger, confirmed that Chelsea O’Donnell has been located but did not give any details.
Chelsea left the house with a therapy dog.
