Transformers: Devastation On PS4/Xbox One Hits 1080p/60fps
They’re busy. One of the most exciting titles to American gamers, though, is the cel-shaded beat’em up Transformers: Devastation, which uses our beloved first-generation Transformers as source material for Platinum’s trademark action gameplay. Platinum Games is commonly known for the fast and frantic pacing of its games, something that has never negatively affected frame-rates, and apparently Transformers: Devastation will be no exception. Speaking to Dualshockers (via VG247), Producer Robert Conkey confirmed the game would run at 60 fps and 1080p on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
A G1 Transformers game by the makers of Bayonetta has insane potential. As for older-gen, 720p is the current target. The official Facebook page for the game made the video available for public viewing on Friday and posted a profile image for Bumblebee as well. Aside from Bumblebee, players can choose to play as Optimus Prime, Sideswipe, Wheeljack and Grimlock as they are also in the game. It releases on October 6th for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4 and PC.
