He’s set for another great year, this time with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Following fantasy drafts, it’s usually apparent what the best teams are and what ones need to do some work during the season. Peterson? Everyone knows what a bust he turned out to be for fantasy owners. Abdullah is still sitting second on the depth chart, but with more big runs like he has against the New York Jets, fantasy owners will need to take notice of the youngster, especially if looking for a running back in the later rounds. That’s why being flexible is vital to success.
Note: You can see the entire draft grid here, though it may be a little confusing because we did trade a few picks.
It might not be as important as picking out matching socks or remembering to floss your teeth but but holds a certain fascination. “Oh, and if you join a mock draft, don’t leave until it’s over”.
Peyton Manning a fantasy football risk? “If you don’t have time, don’t do it. But if you join, stick it out”.
I have disabled editing on the doc (can’t have jokesters making Percy Harvin’s ADP fifth overall), but just copy all of the content into another Google doc. Then, change the values of the cells in the top row to reflect the picks you have in a draft.
Staying for the entire draft is particularly essential when it comes to sleepers. You’re basically saying, “I’m going to be right about this player, and I don’t care about the opportunity cost associated with drafting him at this price”. You never know how others value players you like, and its better to take a guy you like a round early than to watch him get sniped.
