Redskins beat Lions, but lose RG3 to concussion

(Granted, this came against a second-string Lions defense rather than numerous starters Griffin face.) But it’s nearly as if Gruden and McVay want RG3 to fail (not get hurt, obviously) so they don’t have to play him.

Here we are once again, with a majority of the focus on the Redskins’ backup quarterbacks. “That’s all I’ve got to say”.

The Redskins had the Browns to open the preseason and coming up next they have the Lions at home before a game on the road against the Baltimore Ravens. They tallied 85 yards and four first downs.

During the 2013 season he managed to play in 13 games despite having a knee injury and went for 274 of 456 passes (60.1 percent) for 3,203 yards and 16 touchdowns. He started just seven games last year as the team finished 4-12, and last place in their division.

I think Griffin could be a little bit more humble and adopt the attitude of trying to prove himself instead and it might be more realistic and less laughable.
