Donald Trump’s GOP lead grows in North Carolina
That means that Deez Nuts, who announced his campaign last month, is now in fourth place behind “Not Sure”.
However, it’s another “candidate” who is making headlines today.
A candidate known as “Deez Nuts” is polling at a respectable 9 percent in North Carolina.
Yes, it appears the people really like Deez Nuts, a candidate running as an Independent from Wallingford, Iowa, a small Midwestern with a population of 197.
The pollster said the 9 percent support in North Carolina would “go along with his 8 percent in Minnesota and 7 percent in Iowa in our recent polling”. That would explain why a Buffalo student named George Boria was able to register “Sydneys Voluptuous Buttocks” for the 2016 race.
Public Policy Polling, a national political polling company, found that Deez Nuts are quite highly regarded in preliminary rankings so far.
For serious candidates, Trump has continued his momentum and sits at 24 percent in the state, up from 16 percent in July. Marco Rubio of Florida was at 9 percent, and businesswoman Carly Fiorina, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, and Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker were at 6 percent apiece.
The survey by the Democratic-leaning firm showed Trump leading the field among self-described moderates, “somewhat” and “very” conservative voters, men, women and voters of all ages. In a hypothetical head to head match up with Hillary Clinton, in the swing state of North Carolina, Trump leads 45-42.
