Sheriff posts poetic message for man arrested after taunting sheriff’s office
Florida police have caught his alleged accomplice, but in a bid to snare Mr Hale officers from Polk County Sheriff’s Office on Friday posted an appeal on their Facebook page.
It looks like Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd is getting the last laugh on a suspect who apparently taunted him on Facebook.
On April 13, the sheriff’s office posted pictures of Logan Hale, 21, and Tyler Thornton, 20, on its Facebook page after a warrant was issued for Hale on charges of armed burglary, grand theft of a firearm, giving false info to pawn broker, and dealing in stolen property.
“Logan Finallyfree Hale – remaining “at large” is only going to result in your having to change your FB name from “Finallyfree” to ‘Back in Jail, ‘” the sheriff’s office fired back. Or give us a call – we’ll be happy to provide transportation. “LOL can’t hurt much now”, Logan Hale commented on a law enforcement post seeking information on his whereabouts. Your attempts were to no avail.
Thornton has since been taken into custody but Hale, who is still at large, chose to have a little fun and comment on the status causing uproar among other Facebook users.
“What do I want for Logan?”
“That’s not the best choice for his interest if he wants to evade capture, but we appreciate the help from him”, Wood told the Daily News Thursday.
And the sheriff said he’s sure it’s only a matter of time before Logan Finallyfree Hale is no longer a free man. Family members said Hale was planning to turn himself in Thursday, but deputies said they found him before he was able to do so.
She encouraged Hale to take responsibility for the break-in. “You are such a goofball”. “Plead guilty and own up to what you did”, she wrote. You are only 21. Serve your time and use it to study …
“You have always been good to me bro”, wrote friend Brett Starr.
