Federal Judge rules Hillary Violated Law with her Email Policies
Clinton used a private server for her government email account while working as secretary of state.
In that vein, Reuters now reports, “Although it appears to be true for Clinton to say none of her emails included classification markings, a point she and her staff have emphasized, the government’s standard nondisclosure agreement warns people authorized to handle classified information that it may not be marked that way and that it may come in oral form”. Questions about her use of the server have shadowed her campaign for the Democratic presidential nomination. And I think it’s disappointing. By doing so, she stole from the government the metadata it owns, which accompanies all digital emails but is missing on the paper copies, and she denied the government the opportunity to trace those emails.
“If a foreign minister just told the secretary of state something in confidence, by U.S. rules that is classified at the moment it’s in U.S. channels and U.S. possession”, he said.
“Well, look, I like John Yarmuth a lot and he’s a terrific addition to Congress”, Dean said.
“Clearly, she has handled it poorly from the first day and there’s the appearance of dishonesty, if it’s not dishonest”, he told Arnold. “And, there’s the appearance of dishonesty, if it’s not dishonest”.
Clinton is being challenged from the progressive side of the party by Sen.
Navigating the confusing web of information put forth by Fox News and the Clinton campaign often feels akin to slogging through the proverbial quagmire, to put it nicely.
Gov. Peter Shumlin is heading to the Granite State to stump for Hillary Clintons plan to overhaul the way higher education is paid for.
After the inspector general’s revelation, Clinton began walking back her claim that she never sent or receive classified information, instead saying that she did not handle information that was marked classified at the time it was sent.
In an interview with Telemundo, Clinton said there is “nothing to worry about” and maintained the controversy will “burn itself out”. “First, that using personal email was allowed and in keeping with what her predecessors had done”.
“But by then a visibly irritated Mrs. Clinton had already made her way toward the door”. Most troubling is that it raises questions about Clinton’s judgment. Let’s be honest: Hillary and Bill Clinton do have enemies, lots of them, who show no compunction about launching unfair and vicious attacks. But she’s mainly been in front of friendly crowds at this stage. If you’re a devoted Clinton supporter – or just a Democrat seeing little other choice for 2016 – avert your eyes.
On Thursday, Yarmuth said Sanders wouldn’t make for “the best kind of general election candidate” or president. The Democratic presidential frontrunner has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing.
Hillary Clinton held a town hall event in Las Vegas on Tuesday, and one young girl proved she’s wise beyond her years when it comes to the gender wage gap when the presidential hopeful handed her the mic.
Jennifer Palmieri, Clinton’s communications director, said on Bloomberg TV’s With All Due Respect on Wednesday that Clinton “didn’t really think it through” when setting up the server for convenience. But the real challenge, he said, “is that the email issue is blocking out a lot of the campaign’s ability to communicate on topics that matter more to voters”.
