Vanessa Williams weds Jim Skrip, her 3rd marriage

And the sparks just keep flying! The singer and actress tied the knot with fiancé Jim Skrip on Saturday, July 4, People reports.

Williams hinted at the ceremony two days earlier with a tweet. In 2014, she starred opposite Cicely Tyson and Blair Underwood in the touring revival of The Trip To Bountiful, while this year she appeared in the U.S. Network show Royal Pains and had a guest spot on The Mindy Project. “I got engaged”, she said, while showing off her attractive diamond.

Nuptials aside, Williams is also very busy with her career. But through the ups and downs of life, the ex- Miss America has remained positive and open to loving again. I wasn’t looking for anything. “I’d much rather say, ‘You know what?”

This is the third time Williams walked down the aisle and shares daughters Melanie, 28, and Jillian, 26, and son Devin, 22, with ex-husband Ramon Hervey, whom she was married to from 1987 to 1997.
