‘Bachelor in Paradise’ Spoilers: Surprise Departures and an Unexpected Return

Sunday’s episode picks up from the heated exchange, with Joe revealing his true intentions for coming into Paradise. In addition, Samantha and Joe continue to fight.

“Episode 204B” – On MONDAY, AUGUST 24 (8:00-9:01 p.m., ET/PT) on the ABC Television Network, after a night of dramatic break ups, the “Bachelor in Paradise” cast is still trying to make sense of it all. Later, however, Samantha ends her relationship with Joe on his birthday, prompting Joe to swear his revenge.

Heartbroken Juelia asks Chris Harrison for an unprecedented request, while a handsome and notorious newcomer is surprised to learn that Samantha is already in a relationship.

That meant Megan, Juelia, and Clare were going home, but as Juelia went to her vehicle, there was Mikey, who said he was allowed to return to “see if we can give this another chance”. As the rose ceremony commences, uncoupled Bachelorettes find themselves in peril as their only hopes of staying in Paradise lie in the hands of two undecided Bachelors, JJ and Dan. With all that she’s been through, everyone hopes that Juelia will be saved. Nick ends up taking Ashley S. on a date which involves massages and a few drinks.

Meanwhile, Ashley I. continues to prove she’s way more into Jared than he is into her – she literally has to force him to kiss her. “I think Jared and I are finally getting to be on the same page”, she says in a confessional. Samantha and Joe decide to address the controversy surrounding their relationship at the cocktail party.

Next, Jade and Tanner went to Tequila, Mexico, where they learned about the agave plant and how the booze is made. Mikey whisks his lovely date away on a private jet to Guadalajara, where they are treated to an exhilarating Lucha Libre wrestling match and discuss their future as a couple.

The conversation was still captured, however, and in it she is heard telling Joe that she told the producers she had only encountered him on social media and that she had refused to talk to him before the show. She sent him packing the morning after their overnight date that included a conversation that included Kaitlyn questioning his virginity and Ben talking about being unloveable. He seeks advice from Ashley I., who suggests that he attempt a fresh start with Samantha.

When Tanner and Jared tried to confront Joe about it, Samantha shut them out, as well as the cameras. Nick, from Season 7 of The Bachelorette shows up, and admits he’d spoken to Sam on the phone before the show and promised her he’d ask her on a date when he arrived.

– On tomorrow’s episode, Justin Reich joins the cast and asks both Samantha and Amber out on a date.
