Slash & Axl Rose Reconcile? Guns N’ Roses Original Members On Friendly Terms

Slash and Axl Rose no longer hate each another.

“It was probably way overdue, you know”, Slash is heard saying in the new clip. Pushing it further, the reporter asked whether the classic Guns N” Roses lineup would ever reform, to which Slash didn’t seem too pleased, answering, “Oh, I couldn’t answer that one, though.

But according to a Tampa DJ who worked at a venue hosting a 1991 Guns n Roses concert, Rose was late to his own gig because he couldn’t stop watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze.

But the musician did say “never say never” when asked the same question during a chat with a US TV network earlier this year so we’ve got our fingers crossed.

Meanwhile, Guns N’ Roses fans will no doubt be hoping for some new material from the heavily altered line-up, whether that includes plans with Slash or not, as the band have not released an album since 2008’s Chinese Democracy. In 2012, when the band was inducted to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Rose did not attend the ceremony.
