WWE SummerSlam 2015 Predictions: Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns vs. Bray Wyatt

Who will win the match?

With a rejuvenated Wyatt Family now gunning for Reigns, The Juggernaut chose to enlist the services of his only ally in the form of Ambrose.

Reigns, Ambrose, Wyatt and Harper would benefit from something fresh, especially because there isn’t much left to be told in terms of the rivalry between the two teams.

So how does the Daily DDT staff think this SummerSlam match will go down?

Part of me is not looking forward to this tag team battle simply for the expected conclusion.

– Roman Reigns recently spoke with Men’s Journal to give tips for staying in shape. However, in the belief WWE will commit to the rumored finish, handing the Wyatt Family a win in the process. Chances are the Ambrose-Reigns combo will end up jawing and fighting each other despite the fact that the theme of the match is “family”. However I don’t see that happening. I want to wrestle the Wyatts. These two factions, in whatever iteration, always put on a good show. Roman will shine time and again, but Harper is the dark horse.

– WWE’s website has a new poll asking fans who will steal the show at SummerSlam on Sunday. The twist is that Reigns will turn on Ambrose thus costing them the victory. Add Ambrose to the equation and the return of Luke Harper to Wyatt’s side and there is an instantaneous arc for the heel turn to happen.

If the Rock wasn’t going to be at the pay per view Reigns could’ve easily said no. But by not doing that and implying he knew something that we didn’t he may have inadvertently raised expectations for the WWE and his cousin.

Reigns or Ambrose has to turn heel here, right? Once you get in [the gym] and start moving around and sweating, it’s like, “Oh, thank god I did this”. When you see the two friends joking around, constantly in matches together and look like they will be BFFs and lifelong buddies, it is time for a change. Earlier this summer Rocky appeared at a WWE Live Event in Boston and laid the smackdown on Bo Dallas.
