Samsung is serious about making an 18.4-inch tablet
Samsung, the world’s number one smartphone manufacturer, has launched various devices this year, including the recently announced Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge Plus.
Apparently, Samsung is looking to jump back in the saddle with a new Windows tablet which will arrive with a specious 12-inch display. Samsung latest 18.4 inch screen Android tab is said to feature an 8-megapixel rear camera and a modest front camera of 2.1-megapixel along with a 5,700mAh battery.
A big tablet from Samsung might fall into this professional devices category as well, although the choice of Android instead of Windows suggests more of an entertainment focus.
The only logical explanation why Samsung would fit such mediocre resolution to a large display would be to keep costs to a minimum.
According to the reliable rumor site SamMobile, the Korean company known for pushing the envelope with huge gadgets is working on an 18.4-inch tablet.
