Scott Walker Says He’s Not Seeking to Repeal 14th Amendment
They want the law to be changed.

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker now says he doesn’t support repealing the birthright citizenship provision in the 14th Amendment to the Constitution.
Walker: Well, I said the law is there.
Christie was one of a few Republican presidential candidates Monday to speak out against the U.S.’s relationship with China.
