Jamaican triple jumper Shanieka Thomas has labelled her experience at the 15thIAAF World Championships as a positive one despite her failure to win a medal.

The silver medal was the first ever by an Israeli woman at the World Championships, with the previous best result coming from Knyazyeva-Minenko at sixth place two years ago.
