Casino bus crashes into building in NYC
A bus crashed into a building at the intersection of Woodhaven Boulevard and 63rd Avenue Monday afternoon, leaving multiple people injured.
The incident took place at around 2:24 p.m.in Rego Park, a neighborhood in Queens one of New York’s outer boroughs. The vehicle came to a stop on the sidewalk behind the building.
Eight people on the bus, including the driver, were transported to local hospitals with various injuries, according to the FDNY. The extent of the riders’ injuries is believed to be less serious.
Receptionist Fran Ferraro says said her office shook when the bus struck.

Resorts World Casino New York City issued a statement saying, “Our thoughts and prayers are with those impacted by today’s bus accident”. The buses are operated by a contractor based in Brooklyn who didn’t return a call seeking comment.
