Xbox One Will Not Be Exclusive to Amazon India From Next Month
To start with, the console will be sold at Microsoft stores only.
Microsoft has just announced that access to the Xbox One Preview Programme is getting a lot more hard. The tech giant initially announced the release of the next batch of Xbox One backwards compatible games this week but it will not be pushing through.
The reason for Microsoft not approaching other retail stores such as Reliance Digital, Landmark, and Croma is due to the large amounts of unsold inventory during the Xbox 360 era we’ve been told. Along with Rise of the Tomb Raider, which will be an Xbox One exclusive until the game comes to the PS4 in 2016.
According to Game Rant, the PlayStation 4 has topped the Xbox One in sales for the better part of this year.
Currently, Xbox One owners can download Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes for free so Xbox One users will be expecting another big game to arrive next month.
In an interview with Games Industry, Microsoft’s corporate vice-president Kudo Tsunoda said the company is looking to improve on their achievement by developing unparalleled gaming contents.
It is also being said that the console is already doing a few trial runs at select Microsoft stores.
