Ouch! Carol Vorderman’s NAKED treadmill session leaves her ‘covered in burns’

During a conversation with a friend on Twitter, the 54-year-old wrote: “Pain?”

The former Loose Women panellist was nursing some painful bruises this week after falling off her treadmill – while running naked. Now covered in burns and doctor’s dressings! WENN Carol Vorderman goes to the “Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation” film premiere showing We all know she told us to not ask, still we will not assist still marvel how such a thing would occur.

But getting one up on her pal, Carol shared her embarrassing exercise story, whilst at the same time revealing her birthday suit error.

The brainbox previously laughed off comparisons to reality star Kim Kardashian and said she likes representing “big-bummed girls” who are proud of their figures.

Despite being a fitness fanatic, Vorderman recently admitted that she’d put on a little weight so was upping her exercise regime.

Vorderman added: “‘I have found that in my fifties – and everybody in their fifties finds the same – you can pile on weight a lot faster”.

“I could walk for two hours a day very happily by myself but it’s finding the time”.
