BlackBerry Venice shows its slider self from multiple angles in latest leak
Exhausted of looking at rendered images of the upcoming BlackBerry smartphone with a slide-out keyboard and Android operating system. The SIM and the Micro SD slots have been relocated to the top of the device. At this point, it’s all but officially confirmed that the Venice will be Blackberry’s entry into the Android world. For instance, for the BlackBerry Venice the power button has been repositioned on the left side rather than on the top of the device. It is understandably reluctant to give up on all its own work and just drop Android onto a phone so BlackBerry fans can expect numerous company’s trademark software apps to be usable in some form on an Android device. On the imaging front, Blackberry Venice incorporates a 18-Megapixel primary camera unit tagged alongside a dual-LED flash which boasts of features like Optical Image Stabilization and fast focus.
Well today we bring you a fresh batch of photos having the BlackBerry Venice at its center and this time they are pretty clear, showing the real thing being handled (as caught at Crackberry).
There’s still quite a bit that we don’t know about the BlackBerry Venice, but the rumor mill has suggested that it could launch in November on T-Mobile as well as the other three major US carriers. The word floating around is that the phone has a 5.4-inch Quad HD display, a Snapdragon 808 processor, 3GB of RAM, and an 18MP rear camera. Hopefully it won’t be much longer until specs, a release date and more are made official. Now from the leaks and from Chen’s’ hints we know they are trying to make this happen.
